What is Makt?

Makt is an online shop for people looking for affordable (health)care products. We focus mainly on people with disabilities when we select our products.

How do you guarantee quality products?

We are careful when selecting products and suppliers and review them regularly based on the feedback of our customers. Since we're an intermediary and let the suppliers do the shipping, they are in charge of making sure the quality of the product is satisfactory. This means we have no direct control over the quality, but this is necessary so we can keep offering affordable prices to you, our customer.

Why is the packaging in another language?

As mentioned before we let our suppliers ship from their warehouses to save costs so we can guarantee our customers affordable prices. This means they use labels in the language of the country they are shipping from.

Can I apply for a refund?

If your product is damaged or unusable you can apply for a refund by sending an email with pictures to info@makt.com or info@makt.be within 15 days after receiving it. We will then negotiate with the supplier on your behalf. However , since we are just an intermediary the definitive decision is up to the supplier who shipped the product.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay with the most common payment systems like Credit card, Paypal and Mister cash / Bankcontact.
